If you come across TLS errors during your webinar registration, please follow the guide below:

■ IE Browser User

The minimum supported OS for Internet Explorer 10 is Windows 7. If you are on an earlier version of IE or Windows then you need to update.

The following combinations of Internet Explorer and Windows OS version will not be able to connect after TLS 1.2 enforcement:

  ㆍVersions lower than IE11 on Windows Vista, XP or earlier OS will not be able to connect.

  ㆍIE7 or earlier on any Windows OS will not be able to connect.  

  ㆍIE10 on Windows 7 or 8 may be required to enable TLS 1.2 in the browser settings in order to continue to connect after TLS 1.2 enforcement. To enable TLS 1.2:

① Go to Tools, choose Internet Options, and then select the Advanced tab.

   Check TLS 1.2 and then uncheck SSL 3.0 for additional security.

② Click Apply, and then OK.

   Go to Tools, choose Internet Options, and then select the Advanced tab.

③ Check TLS 1.2 and then uncheck SSL 3.0 for additional security.

   Click Apply, and then OK.

■ Chrome browser User

   - The minimum supported version for use with Webex Meetings is Google Chrome 65. If you are on an earlier version you should update to avoid interrupted service. 

     Google Chrome versions earlier than 33 will not be able to connect to Webex Meetings after TLS 1.2 enforcement.
